ATHLETIC EVALUATION
We begin your child’s journey with an academic and athletic evaluation. This evaluation is not set in stone; it’s a starting point to be able to begin the recruiting process. Once we understand where your child is academically and athletically, we can utilize our recruiting software Scout Scholar to create a target list of schools for your athlete to begin contacting.
1-1 Strategic Guidance Counseling
Every athlete needs guidance when it comes to their journey. Our team holds your hand every step of the way through the process. From brainstorming the content to include in emails, to prepping for phone calls, getting your athlete ready for camps (including calling the coaches ahead of time to ensure your athlete is actually on their recruiting list), providing insight on how to negotiate for either a spot or scholarship, and personally advocating for your player at recruiting tournaments across the country. We have monthly meetings with your family to ensure your athlete not only stays on track, but understands how to stand out from the competition. Your athlete receives 1 – 1 counseling every step of the way through the journey.
VIDEO EDITING
Highlight videos are a crucial part of the recruiting process, but most of us don’t have the time, equipment, knowledge or patience to do it right. Let the MRS video team take charge of all your editing needs. It’s simple – just share your footage with our professionals and the rest is a snap! We select the clips/plays that best showcase your talents – we know what coaches are looking for (and what they’re not). MRS editors have the tools and knowledge to streamline the process and make your highlight reel available quickly. Video footage will be posted on our YouTube channel for easy sharing and greatest visibility.
Scout Scholar
Scout Scholar is our recruiting software. The software allows you to explore every college volleyball program in the nation. You can access rosters, contact information for college coaches, track commitments, and even research the social media for each program. Scout Scholar is an amazing tool that saves you time and keeps you on track throughout your journey. Our staff uses Scout Scholar to keep in touch with you and keep you in the loop with which college coaches we have connected with throughout the process.
