My Recruiting Solutions was founded by Kara Hill in 2010. Over the last decade, Kara became known as the “Queen of Recruiting” and the “lady in the hat” at volleyball tournaments. Kara is the Director of the Under Armour All-American Selection Camps and Games. She has been featured on PrepVolleyball, and FloVolleyball as a recruiting expert, and has a following of nearly 1 million.
As a former volleyball player, Kara leverages her unique viewpoint and extensive experience to offer a winning strategy that gets her clients recruited. She offers a personal touch, learning about what is important to student athletes and what they hope to get out of their college experience. With this knowledge in hand, she and her team provides a personalized blueprint to guide their clients step-by-step throughout the process. My Recruiting Solutions will edit video to create winning highlight reels; you can leave it to the experts who know what coaches are looking for (and free up your valuable time in the process!). Kara and her team also work with clients to develop their unique, personal brands–which MRS promotes via social media. This proven strategy works: virtually every client who has followed the My Recruiting Solutions blueprint has been committed/signed to play volleyball at the next level.
