About

My Recruiting Solutions is an educational resource for student athletes who want to play volleyball at the collegiate level.

We are passionate about helping student athletes find the perfect collegiate program which best suits both their academic and athletic needs. MRS was founded in Southern California by Kara Hill in April of 2010. She has developed a system in recruiting unique to any other service offering clients hands-on customer service, addressing questions with careful consideration of the athlete’s goals, and assisting each athlete throughout the entire process. MRS is all about getting to know your student athlete, understanding what they want in their college experience, and creating the strategy for your athlete to follow to be a success.

Kara Hill

Kara is the founder of MRS, a college recruiting resource for student athletes who want to play volleyball at the collegiate level. My mission is to empower student athletes to realize their dreams to play at the next level, receive a college education and accomplish their goals. Kara developed the slogan “Recruiting Done Differently,” due to my commitment to do everything better and more efficient in every aspect of this process.

Kara offers intensive workshops on the college recruiting process throughout high school programs, and volleyball clubs in the United States and Canada. Club volleyball is a huge investment for families, as is a college education. Kara’s philosophy is to educate families on the process and protect their investment. She offers workshops on the following topics: Introduction to College Recruiting, How to Follow Up, Choosing the Right Summer Camps, Preparing for Unofficial and Official Visits, and Making a Decision.
